Cowdray Park, Midhurst GU29 0AQ, UK – 01730 813599
A beautiful setting. Rolling hills, gentle slopes, magnificent views over miles and the Cowdray castle.Oak trees that were already old during Henry the VIII reign. But back to the course. The first few wholes will overpower you and make you shy in your game.Narrow, slopy, with trees and knee high rough not far away. Don't let that feeling impeach you from playing the way you normally play and you smile will come back and your will stop looking balls and start enjoying the undulating fairways and greens. Impeccably kept. A warm and friendly welcome and goodbye at the club house will leave you with the feeling to want to go back.
My society played here 36 holes on 20 July. With breakfast and lunch. 27 of us. Welcome, breakfast, staff, golf starter, lunch and the 36 holes of golf could only be described as perfect, perfect and perfection. If there is a better quality course itself, in Sussex, tell me, I've yet to come across it. Magnificent. The whole day, and by the by I came last so I'm not talking from a winners view. Tony Perrin.

Nice place to meet friends, get advice on fitness, play a variety of sports. Good little cafe and public library on site. Cafe has some healthy options. Library is very small with limited stock, yet still seemed to have something for everyone. Large car park close by. Picturesque pond nearby and just a short walk into Midhurst town centre.
New resident to Midhurst. Popped in for table top market. Great indoor venue, free parking for 2hr. V helpful and friendly staff.

Cowdray Park Polo Club, Easebourne, Midhurst GU29 0AQ, UK – 01730 813257
Amazingly good fun day. Polo is quite exciting really.
There is always a stunning walk to be had here. In summer months you can watch players from all over the world compete and if you can get tickets to the gold cup it's well worth it. Everyone from royalty and film stars to locals and tourists mix to watch a highlight of the polo calendar. In quieter months the younger local teams have matches. You can walk around the area and peruse the cowdray shops..they include a teashop, farm shop, excellent local wine etc.
